Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.

During collection launches, promotional periods, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

U.S. Shipping

Hojee Collective offers complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and dispatched. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier.

International Shipping

Hojee Collective currently ships to select international destinations.

Available shipping services, rates, and estimated transit times are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

International orders may be shipped through DHL Express or USPS, depending on the destination and services available at checkout.

Duties & Import Taxes

For eligible international destinations, applicable duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout.

This allows applicable import charges to be paid upfront rather than unexpectedly upon delivery when the order is shipped using an eligible Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service.

Duties and taxes are calculated based on factors including the destination country, product classification, country of origin, and order value.

Please note that customs regulations vary by country and may change from time to time.

Pre-Orders

Items marked as Pre-Order are not available for immediate shipment.

The estimated shipping timeframe will be displayed on the applicable product page at the time of purchase.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be held and shipped together once all items are available unless otherwise stated.

Pre-order shipping dates are estimates and may be subject to production, transportation, customs, or carrier delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to begin updating.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make the requested change before fulfillment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or dispatched.

If an order is returned to Hojee Collective due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply to have the order resent.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your property, with household members, neighbors, building management, or other secure delivery locations before contacting the carrier.

If you are still unable to locate your order, please contact the shipping carrier using your tracking information.

You may also contact our Customer Care team with your order number and tracking information, and we will do our best to assist with the carrier investigation.

Hojee Collective cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement for packages that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the shipping carrier.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Damaged Packages

Every Hojee Collective order is carefully inspected and packaged before shipment.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number, clear photographs of the shipping package, photographs of the affected item, and a brief description of the issue.

Our team will review your request and assist you with the appropriate next steps.

Missing or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with an item missing or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 2 business days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the items and packaging received so our team can review the issue.

If an incorrect item was sent due to an error on our part, we will assist you with the appropriate resolution.

Shipping & Customs Delays

All processing, shipping, and delivery timeframes provided by Hojee Collective or displayed at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

International orders may occasionally experience delays during customs clearance even when duties and import taxes have been prepaid.

Hojee Collective is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, customs clearance, severe weather, transportation interruptions, holidays, or other unforeseen events.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our separate Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Please review that policy before returning any merchandise. Items returned without following our return requirements may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
