Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Be unworn and unwashed.
- Be in its original condition.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be free from stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume, odors, pet hair, or other signs of wear.
- Be returned with any original accessories or components included with the item.
Hojee Collective reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or arrived damaged due to an error on our part.

Exchanges
Exchanges are permitted for the same style only and are subject to availability.
You may exchange an eligible item for:
- A different size of the same style.
- A different color of the same style.
Exchanges for a completely different style or product are not available. If you would like another style, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and clear photos of the item.
Approved damaged or incorrect items will not be subject to return shipping charges or restocking fees.
Damage caused after delivery through wear, washing, improper care, alteration, or misuse is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Unless otherwise stated, Final Sale may include:
- Items specifically marked “Final Sale”.
- Gift cards.
- Promotional items identified as non-returnable.
