Return & Exchange Policy

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Be unworn and unwashed.
• Be in its original condition.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be free from stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume, odors, pet hair, or other signs of wear.
• Be returned with any original accessories or components included with the item.

To start a return, please visit our Return Request Portal. Enter your order number and billing email to verify your order, then follow the steps to submit your return or exchange request.

Rejected Returns

All returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival. Items that do not meet our return eligibility requirements, including those that are damaged, misshapen, altered, or no longer in their original condition, will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.

If a return is rejected, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to send the item back. A shipping invoice will be provided, and payment must be completed before the item is shipped back to the customer.

Hojee Collective reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our return policy.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds for U.S. orders will be issued to your original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

International Returns: All approved international returns are eligible for store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method are not available for international orders. A flat return shipping fee of $59 USD will be deducted from the store credit issued.

Any duties, taxes, or additional charges incurred in connection with the return are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted for the same style only and are subject to availability.

You may exchange an eligible item for:

• A different size of the same style.
• A different color of the same style.

Exchanges for a completely different style or product are not available. If you would like another style, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and clear photos of the item.

Approved damaged or incorrect items will not be subject to return shipping charges or restocking fees.

Damage caused after delivery through wear, washing, improper care, alteration, or misuse is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Unless otherwise stated, Final Sale may include:

• Items specifically marked “Final Sale”.
• Gift cards.
• Promotional items identified as non-returnable.
